Everest is an upcoming Hindi TV Serial on STAR PlUS. Everest TV Show is Directed by Glenn Baretto and Ankush Mohla. The Most Ambitious project on Indian television “Everest” has been created by Ashutosh Gowariker. It is produced by Ashutosh Gowariker Productions Private Limited (AGPPL). Ashutosh Govariker is a well known name for his movies like Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey, Jodha Akbar and many more. Everest is Ashutosh Gowariker’s television debut as a producer and A.R.Rehman’s television debut as Music Composer. The music of Everest TV Show is composed by A. R. Rahman. TV Serial Everest is shot in India and Nepal. The shooting locations included Everest Base Camp (in Nepal) and the Dokriani Glacier (in India), which are located at a height of 17,590 feet (5,360 m) and 12,000 feet (3,700 m) above sea level, respectively. Everest has been scheduled to premiere on STAR Plus on 3 November 2014 at 10:00 pm.
Story of the TV Show Everest | Plot
Everest is the story of a young girl, Anjali who aspires to conquer her own personal EVEREST. At the age of 21, Anjali Singh Rawat learns that her father had never wanted a daughter. This leads to a conflict in the life of Anjali, who begins questioning her own existence. To win the love of her father and to gain his acceptance Anjali sets on a journey to climb Mount Everest, which has been her father’s unfulfilled dream. But the jof a young girl story journey she has to face is not an easy one and Everest portrays the struggle of Anjali to reach the highest peak of the world and get the love of her father. So to impress her father and make a place in his heart she takes up the challenge to climb Mt Everest.

Manish Choudhary is selected to play the character of Anjali’s father. He will be seen as father of main female lead. He is a highly decorated officer of the Indian Army and a Successful Mountaineer. He feels lonely without having a son to fulfill his desire of climbing Mount Everest. He will essaying as Brigadier Jagat Singh Rawat.
Kishori Shahane is playing the character of Anjali’s mother Sarita. She is a soft-hearted lady. She is fully devoted to her daughter and will go to any lengths to make her happy.
Sahil Salathia is playing the Male Lead Role.
Shamata Anchan is the Female Lead in the Serial. She was last seen in the Garnier Fructis ad playing with her lovely tresses.
Rajat Kapoor is playing grey shade role as a business magnet.
Suhasini Mulay : will be seen as playing the role of Aakash Mother. The talented Actress was also seen in Bollywood and Marathi film.
The lead protagonist is fresh face named Kshamata. It explores true grit as a principal theme.
