Fahad Mustafa : is playing the role of Adil in Mastana Mahi. Fahad Mustafa is a Pakistani actor, producer, host, anchor and model. In the Serial Adil is a fun loving carefree boy. On the other hand he is an understanding husband, a responsible politician, and a man who can take his family’s responsibilities and shoulder the political legacy left behind by his father.

Sajal Ali : is selected to play the role of Suhani. Suhani marries with Adil at the age of 10. Suhai gradually develops an understanding and forgiving nature. Sajal Ali was previously seen in blockbuster telefilm Behadd on Zindagi.

Mehreen Raheel : has been roped to play the character of Aaleen. Aaleen will be married with already married Adil. Her character will grow from a confused girl to an understanding wife after her wedding with already married Adil.
