Droutinelife : Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani Wiki, Star Cast , Story, Plot, Full Cast and Timings, Repeat Telecast Timing – Sphere Origins is all set to Launch its new upcoming Show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.  It is Produced by Sujoy Wadhwa and Nilanjana.  Nilanjana has also produced Chandragupta Maurya on NDTV imagine.  The Shooting for the show have been started in Vadodara Fort.  This love story will hit screens from 27 July replacing historical serial Jodha Akbar (Balaji Telefims) at the 8pm slot. Jodha will wrap up shoot on 15 July.

Story of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani | Plot

It is the story of a Royal Family of Ameerkt. Rana Indravadhan Singh Deo marry with Gayatri Seth. Gayatri is the daughter of State’s biggest moneylender, Gopal Seth. Gayatri is a Manglik. Ranaji is still in Love with his dead wife. After becoming Rani, Gayatri comes to know that becoming a Rani does not necessarily have a fairy tale ending. As the time goes, She becomes the queen of Ranaji’s heart and of the people Ameerkot.  The Love Story has the set up of 1940s.

Timing Schedule of Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani| Zee TV

Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani Serial is starting from 27 July, 2015.  It will replace the ongoing historical serial Jodha Akbar Produced by Balaji Telefims.  It will have the prime time slot at the 8pm  on Zee TV.  The shooting of Jodha Akbar will be wrapped on 15 July.

Siddhant Karnick has been roped in to play the role as a King of Ameerkot named, Rana Indravadhan Singh. He was recently seen in Gustakh Dil on Life Ok as Saagar.

Drashti Dhami will be seen playing the role of Gayatri who will be married with Rana ji. Drashti is well known for her role in Madubala.

Kartik Soni is essaying the role of elder brother of Gayatri.  He will be very strict and have his own ideologies.  He will be seen very concerned for his Family.  He Loves his father and Sister very much.  Kartik was Last Seen in Colors’ Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki as Dilip.

Surekha Sikri

will be seen playing the sophisticated dadi to protagonist Siddhant Karnick in Zee TV’s upcoming show, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani. Surekha as Kalyani Devi of Colors’ long-running show Balika Vadhu, has won millions of hearts. And we saw her in a different avatar in Life OK’s Mahakumbh – Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahaani. She is a power-house performer and every time she appears on screen, she compels the audience to appreciate her acting prowess!!

Falguni Dave Popular Gujarati actress Falguni Dave will play a close companion and friend of the Rajmata, essayed by Anita Raj. She will have a strong and powerful role to play.  The lady was last seen in Sony PAL’s show, Piya Basanti Re.

Pawan Mahendru will play a loyalist of Rajmata who will be also the caretaker of the palace.  He will play the role of Deewan ji who is very loyal to the royal family in the show.  Pawan is best known for Uttran.

Akshay Anand Seasoned actor Akshay Anand who is even now remembered for his powerful portrayal in the Zee TV shows, Chhoti Maa – Ek Anokha Bandhan and Saat Phere will soon return to the channel with yet another interesting role.Akshay will play the important character of protagonist Siddhant Karnick’s uncle. He will have a negative shade.  Akshay Anand will essay the brother of Rajmata role played by popular actress Anita Raj in the show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.

Parull Chaudhry

Now, news comes in that popular face Parull Chaudhry who was last seen in Sony Pal’s Tum Saath Ho Jab Apnewill play Akshay’s wife Kokila in the soap. The couple will be seen playing out and out negative roles.

Akshay Anand and Parull Choudhary will be seen as couple.  And Lakshay Raj will be seen as their son role played by Ajay Arya.

Actor Ajay Arya, who has done shows like Kasturi, Geet, Navya and Main Lakshmi Tere Angann Ki, has been roped in to play the ‘good Samaritan’.  While Akshay Anand will play a completely negative character, his son will be a soft-hearted person with a lot of love for nature. Ajay’s character named Lakshya Raj, will be fond of poetry, reading books and painting. However, his nature will go through a major transformation with time.

Darshan Jariwala’s character will be of a rich money lender who would be lending money to princely states. He will dote on his daughter, and will believe that she will achieve a lot in her life.  Darshan is presently seen in Sony TV’s Mooh Boli Shaadi.

The promo has been released by the channel. Gayatri is riding her cycle and Ranaji is exiting from the palace amidst his several servants and bodyguards. She falls and expectantly extends her hand towards Ranaji for help. But he looks down at her, adjusts his suit and ignores her. Gayatri gets irritated with his behaviour and picks herself up and walks away.
