Foods that Kill Your Sex Life
Are you loosing at your bed. Your partner is not satisfied with you. You are in a good mood. Then also you are not able to perform. It may also be possible that you both don’t have a desire for sex. Then it may be possible that it is because of the food you are taking. There are some foods which should be avoid to improve your sex life.
1. Coffee
Do you love Coffee and taking more than two cups of coffee. If you taking 5-6 cups of coffee, then coffee will surely damage your adrenal glands. It will produce stress hormones. If you are under stress, then you will be a failure in bed.
2. Alcohol
Alcohol is not good before sex. Too much alcohol causes depression. It will decrease the production of testosterone in men.
3. Sodas and Colas
Sodas and Colas are the wrost food. These causes dehydration, obesity and dental cavities. So, try to avoid fizzed drinks.
4. Canned Food
Canned Food a sodu=ium which reduce the flow of blood in your body. It will low the Potassium and then will reduce blood flow to your genitals. In result, you will lose vigor and sexual urge.
5. Mint
Mint is not good for sex life. Do u like to chew gums or mint leaves to keep your mouth fresh. Menthol in peppermint can low your testosterone levels. Use ginger in place of mint as mouth freshner to perfrom better at the time of sex.
6. Processed Cheese
Processed Cheese release xenoestrogen in your body which will low your sex desire. It may also cause sexual dysfunction.
7. Soy Products
Phytostrogen in Soy Products create hormonal imbalance in men and women. So stay away from processed soy products.
8. Artificial Sweetner
Aspartame in Artificial Sweetner reduce the release of serotonin in your body. Serotonin controls one’s mood. If your body less serotonin then you may have headaches, depression and irritability. As a result, you will not feel a desire of having sex.
9. Cornflakes
Sugar in Cornflakes spikes and causes a crush in your blood level which will affect testosterone.
10. Licorice
Licorice have glycyrrhetinic acid which reduces the cortisol levels. It lower the testosterone levels that reduce the urge of sex.
