Droutinelife : Life OK have Launched a new TV Show titled “Ek Nayi Ummeed Roshni”. The series is Produced by Pulse Media Entertainment. Roshni – Ek Nayi Ummeed is a medical drama starting from 13th July, 2015 taking the time slot of 8 pm replacing the ongoing serial Mahakumbh. It will be aired on Monday to Friday nights.
Story of Ek Nayi Ummeed Roshni | Plot
The show Roshni Ek Nayi Ummeed is based upon medical industry in a hope with Dr. Roshni. It is a thought about Doctors in India that they only care about money and not the patients’ well being!
In an attempt to clear of the existing misconceptions towards the professionals in the medicine industry, Life OK is all set to unveil the other side of the story with the launch of Ek Nayi Ummeed – Roshni.
The show will aim to bring an inspiration and hope in the medical industry through the journey of Dr. Roshni, a benevolent and idealist girl, who believes that practicing medicine is a noble profession and should not be intruded upon by profit making agendas. The show will also capture the angst of the common man against commercialization of the medical profession.

The lead protagonist, Roshni will be played by Pooja Gor, along with Inderjeet Sagoo as her brother, Dr. Rajat. After making an appearance on the silver screen, Sahil Anand will be seen portraying the character of a young and dynamic doctor, Nikhil Kapoor. Divya Seth will also play a prominent role in the show.
Making a comeback on the small screen, veteran actor Amol Palekar will be seen essaying the pivotal role of Roshni’s grandfather, Dr. A. K. Singh, a renowned doctor who stands for all that is right in this noble profession.
