Yes! You heard it right – Shashi Sumeet Mittal’s show ‘Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hai’ failed to grab the attention of the viewers and hence is called off in very short span of time. The show that brought famous faces like Vibha Chibber and Ahsaan Qureshi together was launched in mid-august and is now ready to go off air by next month i.e. December.
The same show by Edit II Productions will be replacing ‘Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hai’ taking the time slot of 10PM on week days.

Sanjay Kohli’s new show on SAB TV is titled as ‘Saheb, Biwi aur Boss’, and as the title suggests, the story will revolve around these three central characters – A couple and their Boss. wherein one lie of the wife will spin into a web of lies, resulting into a comedy of errors in their lives.

‘Saaheb, Biwi Aur Boss’ serial will revolve around the female protagonist’s struggle to juggle between her married life and work. Well, the unique thing with regards the show will be a funny twist in the concept.

Talented actress Mugdha Chaphekar who was last seen in Satrangi Sasural, will make her comeback to TV with SAB TV show ‘Saaheb, Biwi Aur Boss’. She will play the ever-charming wife who would want to make it big in her professional career too.  Mugdha has earlier been associated with SAB TV for shows, Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo and Golmaal Hai Bhai Sab Golmaal Hai.

While Mugdha has been signed on to play the lead girl, handsome actor Vipul Roy who was last seen in Edit II and SAB TV’s F.I.R. will play the male lead.

Famous Mimicry artist turned actor Firoz Khan, who is also popularly known as ‘Junior Amitabh Bachchan’ has been roped in to play the role of the father of Sandeep.  Firoz Khan has been paired opposite Supriya Shukla who was last seen in Kumkum Bhagya.  Supriya Shukla will be seen playing the role Sandeep’s Mother.  The character who is playing the role of Dilip will be seen living his dream daily by talking style of Dilip Kumar in day to day life. He will also have an infamous habit of forgetting things very easily.  It will add the comical aspect of the show.
Firoz started as a mimicry artist and enacted Amitabh Bachchan in popular TV shows such as MTV India’s Fully Faltoo, ‘Kaise Banoonga Crorepati’ and ‘Boogie Woogie’ on Sony TV and also featured in films such as ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, and ‘Kabhie Kranti Kabhie Jung’.

With the main leads got, the team will shoot for the promo in the next few days.  Sab tv serial “Saheeb, Biwi aur Boss” has got the timing slot and starting date.  It will be premired on 14th December, The Monday at 10:00 pm.   It will replace the ongoing serial Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hai.  Till now it is not confirmed that Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hai is ending.  It may be shift to 7 pm slot.
