‘Akkareyanente Maanasam’ is a love story of Raghav and Rekha.  Rekha loves Suyesh.  Suyesh is in Austria.  So Rekha also come to Austria.  There Rekha meets Raghav.  In Austria, Sumesh has married to another girl to get green card.  Sumesh left Rekha.  As a result, Rekha become disappointed.  Then Raghav will support Rekha.  Rekha’s Brother Rajiv also lives in Austria with his wife Charmi.  Charmi is a money minded lady.  Rajiv left his job.  Rekha does in bar to earn money, so that she can support her family and collect money to go back to India.

One day, Charmi make a plan to earn money from rich people.  Charmi is pregnant.  She will come in front of a car knowingly, so that they Rajiv and Charmi can have some money.  Both of them ask for money in Hospital.  This car is of Vinit Mehra. Mehra Family is a well known and highly prestigious family of Austria.  Rekha will come to know about her Sister in law and Brother’s Cheat.  Vinit’s Grandmother will highly impress from Rekha.
